Do I have to spend all my vouchers each year?

No you can carry over up to 15,000 vouchers to the following year's scheme. There is no limit to the number of times you carry over your vouchers as long as the number doesn't exceed 15,000.

When are the vouchers available in stores?

This year's scheme runs in all Tesco stores and petrol filling stations from Monday 3th March to Sunday 11th May 2008, during which time customers will receive one Tesco Computers for Schools voucher for every £10 spent in a single transaction and for every £5 spent in Tesco Express Stores (subject to exclusions listed on page 99 of Catalogue).

When will my equipment be delivered?

You will receive an order acknowledgement letter in September. Your equipment will then be delivered to your school during the Autumn Term.

Can you use vouchers from previous years' schemes?

Unfortunately, all vouchers from previous years' schemes are now obsolete unless they have already been banked with us by that particular year's deadline. The deadline for banking vouchers in this year's scheme is Friday, 19th September 2008.

Can I change my order once I have sent it in?

Unfortunately, no changes can be made to an order once it has been placed.

Where do I need to send my vouchers?

Please send all vouchers and orders to the following address:

Tesco Computers for Schools C/o Unit 5 Liberty Centre Mount Pleasant Wembley HA0 1TX

What is the best way of sending in my vouchers?

Vouchers should be put into bundles of 100 and tied with a rubber band.

The vouchers should be then sent along with a print out of the completed online order form by a method of postage that provides a proof of delivery. Tesco cannot be held responsible for any lost vouchers.

How do I activate my online account?

You will receive a school ID and activation code in your welcome pack. On the ordering login page select Account verification. Then enter your School ID and activation code and click 'sign in'. Once you've activated your account you must change your password.

How do I change my password?

After verifying your account you will be asked to set up a unique password. Your password must be between 6 and 20 characters in length. For security we recommend that you include at least one non-alphanumeric character, such as an 'at' symbol (@), hyphen (-) or underscore (_). Re-enter your chosen password to confirm it.
